Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent and BLS certification.

• CN A certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform ADLs and basic patient care under RN guidance.
• Prepare rooms for admission and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Monitor vital signs and report abnormal findings promptly.
• Demonstrate ability to operate glucometer and assist with procedures.
