Job summary

Lowell General Hospital is seeking a Nursing Support professional to provide basic care under physician orders. The role supports patient care activities, assists with ADLs, and works under supervision with potential interaction with RNs. A clinical technologist pathway may apply based on duties and unit needs.

This position is 32 hours per week with a night shift from 11pm to 7am, plus every other weekend and unit-based holiday coverage. Location: Lowell General Hospital - Main Campus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a nurse, perform activities of daily living ensuring patient safety.
• Prepare patient rooms for admission and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Transport patients to procedures and discharge areas as directed.
• Assist with meals and feeding when necessary; operate equipment safely.
