Qualifications

• Associates degree, GED or HiSET required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
• Hospital operations/throughput experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bed management and patient flow coordination.
• Serve as central communication resource for care teams and families.
• Accurately use hospital systems and maintain patient records and documentation.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and unit operations.
• Manage supplies, inventories, and restock as needed.
• Greet patients and families, handle inquiries, and assist in emergencies.
