Qualifications

• Experience caring for critically ill patients in ICU settings.
• Ability to float between multiple ICU environments as needed.
• Strong nursing knowledge and adherence to ANA standards.

Responsibilities

• Float between ICU service lines to support nurse staffing needs.
• Deliver direct patient care to critically ill adults in CVICU, SICU, and MICU.
• Perform assessments, administer meds, and document care in EMR.
• Communicate effectively via SBAR and participate in handoffs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
