Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Resource Float Pool RN to support ICU service lines at our Ohio campuses. The role requires experience with critically ill patients and comfort floating among CVICU, SICU, and MICU environments.

As a float pool nurse, you will participate in the Nursing Process, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure safe and high-quality patient care, and assist with other hospital areas as needed. Ohio RN license and ACLS/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for critically ill patients in an ICU setting.
• Comfortable floating between multiple ICU environments.
• Current Ohio RN license; ACLS and BLS per hospital policy.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with ICU teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Support patient and family education and discharge planning.
