Job summary

Qualifications

• RN must be licensed in Ohio.
• BLS required prior to patient contact.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire in ICU/step-down.
• BSN within 5 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform holistic assessment of patient needs across ICU populations.
• Collaborate with ICU team to plan and coordinate care.
• Communicate plan via SBAR and handoffs.
• Provide patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Participate in performance improvement and safety initiatives.
