Job summary

New England Donor Services is seeking an experienced Donation Coordinator to respond on-site to organ donor referrals, evaluate donors, and manage donor care. You will educate hospital staff and families about the donation process and collaborate with multiple surgical teams to optimize organ recovery.

You will travel extensively across New England, supporting education, consent, and coordination while maintaining clinical excellence in highly charged environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of clinical experience/critical care experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPTC certification a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel extensively.
• Able to work under high-stress, fast-paced conditions with strong clinical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond on-site to organ donor referrals and provide donor evaluation and management.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and donor families to obtain consent.
• Coordinate with surgical teams for organ allocation and recovery.
• Travel across New England; maintain records and participate in training.
