Job summary

New England Donor Services is seeking an experienced ICU RN, Critical Care RN, Trauma Nurse or Critical Care Respiratory Therapist to join our team as a Donation Coordinator. You will respond on-site to organ donor referrals to provide clinical expertise in donor evaluation, donor management, organ allocation and organ recovery.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years clinical/critical care experience; CPTC preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred; CPTC certification a plus
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical donor evaluation and management on-site
• Assist in organ allocation and organ recovery processes
• Educate hospital staff and donor families on the donation process
• Travel across New England to partnering hospitals as needed
