Job summary

• Minimum 3–4 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software support for DESK PCs and printers.
• Document solutions in ICT knowledge base and site docs.
• Deliver/install ICT hardware and software per procedures.
• Ensure ICT standards and policies are followed at site level.
• Support users remotely and interface with dev teams for rollouts.
