Our client, a leader in the food technology industry, is seeking an ICT Site Services Analyst to join their team. As an ICT Site Services Analyst, you will be part of the ICT Site Services team supporting innovative work across various RD&A centers globally. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: ICT Site Services Analyst

Location: Beloit, WI

Pay Range: $23-$26/hr

What's the Job?

• Provide hardware and software support for Desktop and Laptop PCs, and printers, ensuring a seamless end-user computing experience.
• Document and submit new solutions into the ICT knowledge base while maintaining accurate site documentation.
• Deliver and install new ICT hardware and software in line with established processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with ICT standards and policies at the site level, including maintenance and support for site infrastructure.
• Support users from all levels, providing assistance remotely and interfacing with development teams for new application rollouts.

What's Needed?

• IT qualification, preferably at the bachelor’s degree level, with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of related experience.
• In-depth understanding of Desktop Operating Systems, specifically Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365 support and deployment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and repair PC, Laptop, and printer faults.
• Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills, with a strong work ethic.
