Dyfed Powys Police is seeking an ICT technician to configure, install and maintain computer and network hardware in line with change and release management. You will provide solutions to user problems to ensure productivity and satisfaction, and respond to questions via telephone or escalations with support on electronic services.

A full driving licence to drive manual vehicles is required. The role offers buddy support for new starters, generous leave, on-site gym access, and hybrid/agile

Qualifications

• Must have a full driving licence to drive Manual gear box type vehicles.

Responsibilities

• To configure, install and maintain computer and network hardware in line with the ICT department change and release management processes and procedures.
• To provide solutions to user problems to ensure user satisfaction and productivity.
• To research, resolve and respond to questions received via telephone calls, call backs, or escalations and provide support on electronic services, in accordance with current standards.
• Must have a full driving licence to drive Manual gear box type vehicles.
