Job summary

Target’s ICQA team in Hampton, GA is hiring an ICQA Team Member Replenishment. You will support inventory control within stored locations, audit defects, and work with the ICQA Leader to drive accuracy and issue resolution.

You will perform weekly audits, document root causes, and help prevent downstream order cancellations while staying safe and collaborative with cross-functional teams across the distribution center.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse/quality control experience.
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-45 lbs frequently, up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Strong reading, matching, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit and resolve defects within a Service Level Agreement; research root causes for follow-up.
• Perform weekly audits and communicate findings with ICQA Leader and operations.
• Correct inventory record inaccuracies and conduct follow-up audits to enable accurate picking and prevent cancellations.
