Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking an ICQA Associate to support inventory accuracy, quality control, and shrink reduction within a high-volume e-commerce fulfillment environment.

This role is responsible for identifying discrepancies, conducting cycle counts and audits, researching root causes, and partnering with operations to improve inventory integrity. Immediate start through December 31, 2026 with final dates based on business demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to use data to identify variances and trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts to validate physical inventory against system records.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies including variances and misplacements.
• Conduct quality audits across inbound, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Analyze data from WMS and produce routine inventory and quality reports.
• Identify shrink drivers and collaborate with leadership to implement improvements.
