Job summary

Stord is seeking an Area Manager II for ICQA to oversee cycle counts, inventories, audits, and reconciliations across the site. You will coach ICQA Leads and Associates, drive KPI tracking, and ensure SOP compliance while supporting CAPA and escalation responses.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and hands-on experience with WMS in a high-volume facility. Based in Atlanta with opportunities for growth and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience with WMS/inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with task-driven focus.
• Able to interact with all management levels and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ICQA activities (cycle counts, inventories, audits, investigations, reconciliations) for the site.
• Ensure SOPs, KPI tracking, and corrective action processes are followed.
• Review data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Directly manage ICQA Leads and Associates and foster accountability.
• Support CAPA, audit responses, and inventory-related escalations.
