Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control & Quality Assurance (ICQA) Associate to strengthen inventory accuracy, quality control, and shrink reduction in a fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment environment.

You will perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and partner with operations to improve inventory integrity while maintaining strict data integrity and safety standards. This is a contract position with potential extension through late-2026.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse/inventory-control or related experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy essential.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills required.
• Experience with scanners, WMS, and Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cycle counts to validate inventory.
• Investigate discrepancies and root causes.
• Verify locations, quantities, and identifiers.
• Conduct quality audits across fulfillment processes.
• Document defects and track corrective actions.
• Support shrink reduction and inventory controls.
