Job summary

Stord is hiring for an Area Manager II, ICQA, to oversee inventory quality and accuracy in a high-volume distribution environment. You will lead ICQA associates, supervise cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, data analysis, and coordination with operations to ensure KPI targets are met and safety standards are maintained. Expect overtime and shift flexibility as business needs dictate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) / inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience; basic clerical and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all ICQA activities (cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, investigations, reconciliations, projects).
• Ensure consistent SOPs, KPI tracking, and corrective action processes.
• Review data to identify trends, high-risk areas, and performance drift; plan workloads.
• Lead weekly reviews with ICQA Operations Manager to drive continuous improvement.
