Job summary

Stord is seeking an ICQA - Operations Lead to oversee warehouse product handling, including loading, unloading, picking, and packing. You will assign work to associates, monitor safety and quality, and drive inventory accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume facility.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in warehousing, leadership experience, and strong proficiency with WMS and OMS systems. This role emphasizes hands-on supervision and data-driven problem solving in a dynamic distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working with a warehouse management system (WMS).
• Experience with Order management system / inventory systems in a high volume facility.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to warehouse personnel and direct unloading, picking, packing, and labeling.
• Supervise warehouse tasks and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Complete reports and records in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot equipment and report issues to maintenance.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with problem orders and receipts.
