Job summary

Capital Electric, part of the Sonepar group, seeks an ICQA Supervisor to lead inventory control and quality audits in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will ensure 100% data accuracy, oversee SOPs, and drive cycle counts to improve supply chain performance.

The role requires 3+ years in inventory control with supervisory experience, plus strong WMS/ERP and advanced Excel skills, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse inventory control or quality auditing with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and root-cause analysis knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor ICQA staff; manage schedules and performance metrics.
• Plan and direct routine quality audits, inventory cycle counts, and inspections across warehouse zones.
• Investigate significant variances; track error trends and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee error logging and real-time stock adjustments.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Leader to minimize shipping delays and resolve material discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with quality benchmarks and safety protocols.
