Job summary

Capital Electric, part of the Sonepar group, is seeking an ICQA Supervisor to lead inventory control and quality auditing efforts across the warehouse. You will drive data accuracy, manage SOPs, and direct routine audits while partnering with leadership to optimize throughput and reduce discrepancies.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse inventory control or logistics, with supervisory experience and strong skills in WMS/ERP and Excel for reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse inventory control, quality auditing, or logistics.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory/lead role.
• Strong experience with WMS/ERP and advanced Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Knowledge of cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor ICQA team members and coordinators.
• Direct routine quality audits, cycle counts, and physical inspections.
• Investigate significant variances and track root cause trends.
• Oversee real-time stock adjustments and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Leader to minimize delays and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with quality benchmarks and safety protocols.
