Job summary

Capital Electric is seeking an ICQA Supervisor to lead the inventory control and quality auditing team, ensuring 100% data accuracy and SOP adherence. The role focuses on cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and collaborating with warehouse leadership to optimize supply chain efficiency.

The position requires 3+ years in warehouse inventory control or logistics with supervisory experience, plus strong WMS/ERP and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse inventory control, quality auditing, or logistics, with at least 1-2 years in a dedicated supervisory or team lead capacity.
• High proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and Microsoft Excel (advanced data tracking, filtering, and reporting).
• Deep understanding of cycle counting methodologies, inventory reconciliation, and root-cause analysis procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver actionable performance feedback, write compliance summaries, and coordinate across departments.
• Familiarity with warehouse heavy machinery (forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers) and standard material-handling safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the inventory control and quality auditing team.
• Plan and direct routine quality audits, inventory cycle counts, and physical inspections across all warehouse zones.
• Investigate significant inventory variances and system discrepancies; track root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee error logging and ensure real-time, accurate stock adjustments.
• Partner with Warehouse Leader to minimize shipping delays and resolve material discrepancies.
• Enforce adherence to quality benchmarks, safety regulations, and material handling procedures.
