Job summary

Capital Electric in Maryland is seeking an ICQA Supervisor to lead inventory control and quality auditing in a fast-paced warehouse. You will drive data accuracy, oversee cycle counts, and enforce SOPs to maintain inventory integrity.

You will mentor associates, analyze discrepancies, collaborate with the Warehouse Leader to reduce delays, and uphold safety and quality benchmarks on the floor. This full‑time on‑site role offers a 40‑hour week with a salary range of $65k–$80k and a bonus

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse inventory control, quality auditing, or logistics with 1-2 years in supervision.
• Proficiency with WMS, ERP, and advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
• Strong verbal and written communication across departments.
• Experience with heavy machinery safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor ICQA Associates and Coordinators; manage schedules and audits.
• Plan and direct routine quality audits and cycle counts across zones.
• Investigate inventory variances and identify root causes with corrective actions.
• Oversee data integrity and real-time stock adjustments.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Leader to minimize delays and resolve discrepancies.
• Enforce safety and quality control benchmarks on the floor.
