Capital Electric, part of the Sonepar family, seeks an ICQA Supervisor in Maryland to lead inventory control and quality auditing efforts. The role emphasizes accuracy in warehouse data, SOP enforcement, and data-driven discrepancy resolution across multiple zones.

Responsibilities include supervising the ICQA team, directing audits, and collaborating with leadership to improve supply chain efficiency while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse inventory control/quality auditing or logistics with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Proficiency with WMS/ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Strong communication to deliver actionable feedback and coordinate across departments.
• Experience with forklifts and warehouse equipment and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor ICQA team members and coordinators.
• Plan and direct routine quality audits, inventory cycle counts, and inspections.
• Investigate variances, track trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee real-time stock adjustments and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Leader to minimize shipping delays and resolve issues.
• Enforce quality and safety regulations on the floor.
