Job summary

Capital Electric is seeking an ICQA Supervisor to lead inventory control and quality auditing on-site in Maryland. You will oversee cycle counts, maintain data accuracy, SOPs, and drive corrective actions with warehouse teams.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse inventory control or logistics, with 1–2 years in supervision; strong WMS/ERP and advanced Excel skills; lifting up to 50 lbs; 40-hour Mon-Fri with possible extended hours. Salary $65k–$80k plus annual bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse inventory control, quality auditing, or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor ICQA Associates and Coordinators.
• Plan and direct routine quality audits and cycle counts.
• Investigate variances and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee data integrity and real-time stock adjustments.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Leader to minimize delays.
• Ensure safety and compliance on the floor.
