Job summary

Worldpac is expanding a 400,000-square-foot distribution network and seeks an ICQA Manager to lead inventory control and shipment accuracy across multiple DCs in the US/Canada network. You will supervise a small team, drive cycle counts, and maintain KPI-driven performance while improving processes and data integrity.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with Operations and IT to implement corrective actions and system integrations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or distribution center operations within a high-SKU (50,000+) environment.
• Experience supervising or managing a team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Experience analyzing inventory data and supporting corrective actions to improve accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and other analytical tools.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or production management systems.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts and inventory adjustment activities across multiple DCs.
• Directly manage a team of 2+ inventory control members, including hiring, onboarding, and supervision.
• Lead, coach, and develop the inventory control team with training and performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain inventory control KPIs, including cycle counts and shipment quality.
• Contribute to management of excess, obsolete, nonconforming, and slow-moving inventory; monitor off-site inventories.
• Lead month-end reconciliation for finished goods and raw materials across NA facilities.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Manage core data elements driving storage decisions (weight, dimensions, barcodes).
• Develop and maintain reports/dashboards to track KPIs using Excel, SQL, BI tools.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support a new facility with AutoStore goods-to-person system, reconciling ERP/WMS/AutoStore records.
