Job summary

Worldpac, Inc. is expanding with a new 400,000-square-foot DC in Forest Park, GA and seeks an Inventory Control & Quality Assurance Manager to lead cycle counts, root-cause analysis, and KPI oversight.

You will manage a small team, drive process improvements, and support ERP/WMS/AutoStore reconciliation across North American sites. You will build reports with Excel/SQL/BI tools, develop training, and guide continuous improvement to boost shipment quality and inventory integrity as the business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 5 years of inventory control, supply chain, or DC operations in high-SKU environment (50,000+).
• Prior supervisory experience including hiring, coaching, performance management.
• Experience analyzing inventory data and implementing corrective actions to reduce discrepancies.
• Strong Excel/Access and analytical tool proficiency.
• Experience with WMS or production management systems; Lean and continuous improvement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control processes across multiple DCs, primarily the Forest Park, GA facility.
• Directly manage a team of 2+ inventory control staff; hire, onboard, supervise.
• Lead training, performance feedback, and goal reviews for the team.
• Monitor KPIs: cycle counts, adjustments, and shipment quality.
• Manage excess/obsolete inventory and month-end reconciliations.
• Investigate discrepancies and drive root-cause corrective actions.
• Maintain product data like weights, dimensions, barcodes; support storage decisions.
• Develop reports/dashboards using Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
