Worldpac is expanding with a new 400,000-square-foot distribution center in Forest Park, GA, seeking an ICQA Manager to lead inventory control and shipment accuracy. You will guide a small team, own cycle counts, KPIs, and data-driven improvements while coordinating across North American facilities.

The role emphasizes quality, Lean practices, and cross-functional collaboration, with growth potential into broader quality oversight within the US/Canada network. Salary range is USD 83k–110.5k.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or distribution center operations within a high-SKU (50,000+) environment.
• Direct supervision experience including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Experience analyzing inventory data and supporting corrective actions to improve accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and other analytical tools.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or production management systems.
• Solid understanding of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control processes across multiple DCs, focusing on the Forest Park facility and potential growth to other US/Canadian sites.
• Directly manage a team of 2+ inventory control members, including hiring and day-to-day supervision.
• Coach and develop the inventory control team through training and performance reviews.
• Monitor KPIs such as cycle counts, adjustments, and shipment quality across branches and customers.
• Manage excess, obsolete, nonconforming, and slow-moving inventory with shelf-life compliance.
• Lead month-end reconciliation for finished goods and raw materials across North American facilities.
• Investigate discrepancies and drive root-cause corrective actions with Operations leadership.
• Manage core data elements guiding storage decisions (weights, dimensions, barcodes, carton quantities).
• Develop reports and dashboards using Excel, SQL, and BI tools to track performance against KPIs.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support a new facility with AutoStore goods-to-person system, reconciling ERP, WMS, and AutoStore records.
