Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Logistics Coordinator (Inventory Control and Quality Manager ICQA) to improve inventory accuracy across main campus hospital. The role focuses on Perioperative Services, Electrophysiology, Cardiac Catheterization, and Radiology inventories.

The position requires mobility throughout the hospital and flexibility as workflows evolve. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with ERP/WMS systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of inventory/procurement/supply chain experience in healthcare or acute care.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with handheld scanners and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counting and inventory accuracy checks using RFID where available.
• Audit FIFO, expiration management, and rotate stock to ensure FIFO compliance.
• Reconcile variances and investigate discrepancies with PO/data sources.
• Support RFID program launch and monitor items at risk of expiring.
