NYU Langone Health is seeking a Logistics Coordinator (ICQA) to improve inventory accuracy and supply quality across our main campus hospital. This newly created role focuses on oversight of Perioperative Services, Electrophysiology Lab, Cardiac Cath Lab, and Radiology inventory.

Responsibilities include cycle counting, FIFO inventory management, variance reconciliation, returns processing, recall support, RFID program tasks, par level reviews, and weekly reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–1+ years of project management, procurement or supply chain experience in healthcare.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; strong data interpretation.

Responsabilités

• Cycle counting with RFID data where available to verify on-hand quantities.
• Audit FIFO and expiry management; rotate stock accordingly.
• Reconcile variances using PO and count data to locate discrepancies.
• Evaluate excess inventory and process vendor returns.
• Recall support: locate and remove recalled items; report findings.
• Support RFID program launch and monitor items at risk of expiring.
• Assist par level reviews and log near-expiry inventory.
• Generate weekly reports on inventory health and financial accuracy.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and support decisions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout the hospital.
