NYU Langone Health is seeking a Logistics Coordinator (ICQA Associate) to improve inventory accuracy and supply quality across our main campus hospital, with a focus on Perioperative Services, EP Lab, Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Radiology.

This newly created role requires mobility to support warehouse activities and will involve cycle counting, FIFO management, variance reconciliation, returns handling, and RFID program support.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-3 years of inventory/retail experience in healthcare or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs/Pivots), PowerPoint, Access.
• Experience with PeopleSoft, QIAM (RFID), or similar ERP/WMS/IMS systems.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex inventory data.
• Attention to detail for accurate counting.
• Experience with handheld scanners and data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Cycle counting to ensure on-hand quantities match expected totals using RFID data where available.
• FIFO/expiration management to ensure proper stock rotation and removal of expired items.
• Variance reconciliation through recounts and root-cause analysis using PO and count data.
• Returns processing for excess inventory after confirmation with Dept Manager.
• Recall support: locate and remove recalled items and report to Dept Manager.
• RFID program support: assist in launch and flag items at risk of expiring.
• Par level reviews: verify space capacity and adjust par levels; log doon-to-expire inventory.
• Reporting: analyze count data and generate weekly and leadership reports on inventory health, expirations, and variances.
• Analytics: translate large datasets into actionable insights for data-driven decisions.
• Physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs, mobility throughout hospital.
