Job summary

NYU Langone Health in New York, NY is seeking an ICQA Coordinator/Logistics Coordinator to improve inventory accuracy and supply quality across Perioperative Services, Electrophysiology Lab, Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Radiology.

Responsibilities include cycle counting, FIFO/expiration management, variance reconciliation, returns processing, recall support, RFID program launch, par level reviews, and weekly analytics and reporting to the Manager of Clinical Supply Chain Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-1+ years of project management, procurement, or supply chain experience in healthcare.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Effective communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Cycle counting with RFID data for on-hand quantities.
• FIFO and expiration management to remove aging stock.
• Reconciliation of count discrepancies and root-cause analysis.
• Return processing for excess inventory after vendor confirmation.
• Recall support and immediate removal of recalled items.
• RFID program launch support and risk flagging.
• Par level reviews and space capacity verification.
• Weekly reporting to the Manager of Clinical Supply Chain Management.
