Job summary

NYU Langone Health in New York, NY seeks a Logistics Coordinator (Inventory Control and Quality Manager ICQA) for a Mon-Fri 5:30am-1:30pm shift to improve inventory accuracy and supply quality across the main campus hospital.

Responsibilities include cycle counting, FIFO/expiration management, variance reconciliation, returns processing, recall support, RFID program launch, par level reviews, and weekly reporting to the Manager of Clinical Supply Chain Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher is required or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years inventory/retail experience preferred, healthcare setting a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word) and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Cycle counting to verify on-hand quantities vs. expected totals.
• FIFO/expiration management and aging stock rotations.
• Variance reconciliation using PO and count data to locate loss or discrepancies.
