Job summary

Stord is seeking an ICQA Area Manager II to oversee inventory quality routines across a high-volume facility. You will supervise ICQA Associates, conduct audits, and drive improvements in accuracy and efficiency while ensuring compliance with customer quality requirements.

You will coach teams, manage cycle counts and reconciliations, and collaborate with operations to sustain reliable inventory control and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) / inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with all management levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ICQA activities (cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, investigations, reconciliations, projects).
• Ensure SOPs, KPI tracking, and CAPA processes are consistently applied.
• Lead and develop ICQA Leads and Associates to drive accuracy and accountability.
• Perform data reviews to identify trends, risks, and performance drift; support continuous improvement.
