Job summary

Stord is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the execution of all processes and procedures related to inventory accuracy and warehouse operations. You will manage a team of Area Managers and warehouse staff, driving KPIs, audits, and continuous improvement across a large distribution center.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, with experience in high-volume DTC fulfillment and familiarity with WMS and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a high volume direct-to-consumer environment in a manager level role or higher.
• Experience leading salaried teams of 5 or more.
• Experience leading teams of 60 non-exempt or more.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the full fulfillment center, including inbound, put-away, outbound, B2C and B2B, and returns.
• Lead ICQA processes including cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, adjustment governance, SOP adherence, audit readiness, and GMP where required.
• Develop and coach Area Managers, leads and warehouse associates to meet daily goals.
• Set and maintain all operational KPIs such as location accuracy, dock-to-stock, outbound SLA, and productivity.
