Job summary

Legends Global, located at Huntington Center on site in Toledo, OH, seeks an Operations Manager to lead event support and venue services. You will coordinate with event coordinators, maintenance, and F&B teams to plan setups and ensure smooth transitions between events.

You will also supervise staff, manage cleaning and equipment storage, and oversee inventory and safety compliance. A strong background in live events and facility operations is required.

Qualifications

• Three years of supervisory experience in a public assembly facility.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Knowledge of event equipment, tools, and ice maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with coordinators and departments to plan event setup timelines and service.
• Oversee ice maintenance procedures and equipment operation as needed.
• Schedule crews, adjust floor plans, and ensure proper setup and changeovers.
• Train event staff for show service and resolve client questions promptly.
• Manage maintenance, cleaning, and storage of operational equipment and furniture.
• Oversee custodial and housekeeping activities and arena cleanliness.
• Develop and deliver employee training and evaluate performance.
• Handle consumables purchasing, inventory, and MSDS records per OSHA.
