Job summary

Legends Global, a premier hospitality partner for live events and venues, seeks a Catering Coordinator for the Toledo Complex (Huntington Center and Glass City Center). The role supports day-to-day catering operations, plans and executes events, and assists the Director of Catering across multiple venues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality/support experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities are essential.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced event environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, detail and execute catering requests for internal events and special events as assigned.
• Communicate with Premium clients via email and phone to fulfill customer requests and answer questions.
• Create event orders, floor plans and event logistics reports.
• Work with culinary team to select menu options for events and track internal costs.
• Create event orders for ticketed events and assist with planning and execution.
• Assist the Premium Manager with catering orders for internal clients and staff scheduling.
• Act as manager on duty during ticketed and catered events.
• Prepare event sheets with staff instructions and relevant information for teams.
• Provide documentation to accounting to generate post-event invoices.
• Support day-to-day catering operations and attend staff meetings.
