Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Event Coordinator to support the Toledo Complex, including Huntington Center and Glass City Center. You will serve as the primary client liaison, plan and execute events, and oversee venue operations from start to finish.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, including coordinating insurance, staffing, and cost estimates. Regular hours, including nights and weekends, may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 2-3 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and organization skills with ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; AutoCAD a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison and primary point of contact with client to plan and implement all aspects of event through conclusion.
• Ascertain clients’ requirements for set-up, security, ticketing, etc.
• Communicate event requirements to appropriate departments.
• Coordinate procurement of proper insurance coverage for events.
• Oversee operations, maintenance, contractors, etc. to assure event requirements are addressed and met.
• Prepare cost estimates and monitor final billings.
• Provide client with updates and changes in cost estimates.
• Initiate required paperwork.
• Provide guidance and supervision to service staff during events.
• Act as “point person” for outside promoters.
• Manage Guest Services, Maintenance, and Security employees during events.

THE ROLE:The Toledo Complex includes the Huntington Center and the Glass City Center, and this position provides support across both locations.
