Job summary

FMC Ice Sports in Massachusetts seeks a Facility Supervisor to oversee staff and facility operations, ensuring clean, safe and healthy arenas. The role involves on-site supervision, ice resurfacing, logs, and coordinating scheduling, payroll, and training with management.

Typical hours include nights, weekends and some holidays to meet patron needs; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K and earned time after eligibility. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid Driver's License.
• One year work experience in an ice arena or similar organization.
• Experience driving an ice resurfacer operation preferred, but training offered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure facility.
• Make and maintain ice surface and arena facilities.
• Complete and maintain required logs.
• Ensure facilities are cleaned regularly.
• Schedule and payroll coordination as determined by General/Arena Manager.
• Train new hires with General/Arena Manager and Operations personnel.
• Oversee on-site staff including Facility Operators and Facility Support Staff.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
