Job summary

FMC Ice Sports is seeking a Facility Operator in Massachusetts to maintain a clean, safe arena and operate the ice resurfacer. You will work nights, weekends and some holidays to meet patron needs, with training provided and opportunities for growth.

No prior rink experience required. Training rate starts at $18/hour and increases to $20/hour after training, plus discretionary bonus and annual reviews discussed at offer.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to communicate effectively and stay organized while multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure facility.
• Make and maintain ice surface and maintain arena facilities.
• Ensure facilities are cleaned on a regular basis.
