Job summary

FMC Ice Sports in Massachusetts is seeking a Facility Operator to maintain clean, safe arenas and support daily operations, including driving the ice resurfacer.

No prior rink experience is required as training is provided. The role requires nights, weekends and some holidays to meet patron needs. Compensation starts at $18/hour during training and rises to $20/hour after completion, with discretionary bonus and annual reviews.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with a variety of individuals.
• Flexibility to work varying hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure facility.
• Make and maintain ice surface and maintain arena facilities.
• Ensure facilities are cleaned on a regular basis.
• Demonstrate total commitment to outstanding customer service for both internal and external customers.
