Job summary

FMC Ice Sports is seeking a Facility Operator in Boston, MA. The role supports maintaining clean, safe facilities, operating ice resurfacer, and assisting with ice and arena maintenance. Training will be provided and the position requires night, weekend, and some holiday shifts.

You will join a team delivering quality ice sport programs to communities, while focusing on customer service and safety across our public arenas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure facility.
• Make and maintain ice surface and arena facilities.
• Ensure facilities are cleaned regularly.
• Demonstrate total commitment to outstanding customer service.
