Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking an IC Test Engineer to join a dedicated team focused on high-frequency measurement solutions. You will design test plans, develop automation software, and perform RF characterization on state-of-the-art ICs, with opportunities to work across MMICs in a collaborative lab environment.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Electrical Engineering (B.S./M.S./Ph.D.) and strong skills in C#, C++/.NET, C, and Visual Studio, plus experience with RF/test

Qualifications

• Education in Electrical Engineering with mm-wave IC characterization focus.
• Experience with RF testing and characterization of active/passive components preferred.
• Programming in C#, C++/.NET, C, and Visual Studio for test automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test plans and procedures for ICs and write code for test automation.
• Perform functional tests and characterization on ICs using custom test stations.
• Analyze test data to identify trends and issues, and prepare detailed reports.
