Keysight Technologies is recruiting for an IC Product Engineer in Santa Rosa, CA. You will join the IC Product Engineering group, ensuring high-quality ICs reach customers while collaborating with design, test, and manufacturing teams.

The role demands ownership, proactive communication, and the ability to drive multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong background in electrical characterization and data analysis is required, with leadership and teamwork valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on electrical characterization of semiconductor devices and ICs, incl. RF/analog/mixed-signal.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical tools; strong problem-solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret production test data and apply statistical methods to improve yield, performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product yield, performance, and reliability
• Assist in root-cause investigations for issues
• Support laboratory testing and validation of ICs for development and manufacturing
• Prepare technical reports and engineering documentation
• Own/prepare technical reports and documentation
