Job summary

Keysight Technologies Inc. in Santa Rosa, CA is hiring a MMIC Design Engineer to create and validate high-frequency ICs powering next-generation instruments. You will collaborate with internal customers to define performance targets and translate them into circuit designs and process choices.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or closely related field with mm-wave IC design experience.
• Experience includes transistor/diode level design, layout, verification (DRC/LVS), and measurement validation.
• Experience with multiple mm-wave frequency circuits (mixers, amplifiers, multipliers, filters >30GHz).
• Experience in high power MMIC is a plus (>30dBm).

Responsibilities

• Design, layout, and validate high performance millimeter-wave ICs for Keysight instruments.
• Collaborate with internal customers to define critical performance parameters and map to processes.
• Utilize industry tools and a world-class lab to document final designs and measurements.
• Work with a broad engineering team to deliver high-frequency solutions on schedule.
