Job summary

Vistra Energy seeks an Instrumentation, Controls and Electrical (IC&E) Maintenance Technician for a 1200 MW combined-cycle power facility in Morrisville, PA. You will perform routine and emergency maintenance on instrumentation, control, electrical and mechanical systems, including GE Mark VI, RX3i, and Allen Bradley PLCs, while strictly following LOTO, PPE and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–6 years in industrial environment.
• Experience with industrial electrical equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Knowledge of high voltage switching and relaying equipment.
• Experience with instrumentation calibrations and calibration procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on plant instrumentation, control, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair plant electronic, pneumatic systems, analyzers, and control systems.
• Calibrate boiler, turbine, and instrumentation controls for safe, optimal performance.
• Maintain CEMS records and ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures.
• Document maintenance history and coordinate parts procurement as needed.
