Job summary

Vistra operates a 1200 MW combined-cycle power generation facility in Morrisville, PA. The IC&E Maintenance Technician ensures safe operation of instrumentation, control and electrical systems, including GE Mark VI control systems and turbine controls.

The role requires hands-on maintenance with rotating equipment, calibration, documentation, and strict adherence to safety procedures in a challenging industrial environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of industrial experience.
• Experience with electrical equipment up to 4160 V.
• Knowledge of LOTO and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on instrumentation, control, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair plant electrical and control systems.
• Calibrate boiler and turbine controls for safe, optimum performance.
• Maintain records of instrumentation, control, electrical and mechanical maintenance history and compliance.
