Job summary

Genuine Parts Company (NAPA Auto Parts Stores) is seeking a Heavy-Duty Counter Parts Professional. You will assist customers with heavy-duty parts questions, share knowledge on parts features and warranty, and operate the cash register using store systems.

You will support team members and contribute to fast-paced store operations. The role emphasizes customer care, effective communication, and continuous learning in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of heavy-duty parts is required.
• ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated passion for delivering customer care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivation to train, learn and grow in a busy retail setting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced store and assist team members.
• Knowledge of heavy-duty parts cataloging and inventory systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Know How -- Heavy Duty Parts Knowledge and/or Experience.
• ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification is a PLUS
• Passion for delivering Customer Care
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Motivated to train and learn.
• Ability to thrive and have fun in a Busy, Fast-Paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of Heavy-Duty Parts Cataloging and/or Inventory Management Systems is a PLUS
