Job summary

Genuine Parts Company, home to NAPA Auto Parts Stores, is hiring a Heavy-Duty Counter Parts Professional in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You’ll assist customers with heavy-duty parts questions, stock knowledge, and help with warranty information while delivering outstanding service.

In a fast-paced retail environment, you’ll operate the cash register, navigate catalogs, and support teammates. A passion for customer care and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Know How -- Heavy Duty Parts Knowledge and/or Experience.
• ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification is a PLUS
• Passion for delivering Customer Care
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Motivated to train and learn.
• Ability to thrive and have fun in a Busy, Fast-Paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of Heavy-Duty Parts Cataloging and/or Inventory Management Systems is a PLUS
