Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Heavy-Duty Counter Parts Professional for NAPA Auto Parts Stores in Cincinnati, OH. You will help customers with heavy-duty parts questions, share expertise on features and warranties, and operate registers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Candidates should have heavy-duty parts knowledge, strong communication skills, and a drive to learn and train within a customer-centric team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Know How -- Heavy Duty Parts Knowledge and/or Experience.
• ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification is a PLUS
• Passion for delivering Customer Care
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Motivated to train and learn.
• Ability to thrive and have fun in a Busy, Fast-Paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of Heavy-Duty Parts Cataloging and/or Inventory Management Systems is a PLUS
