Job summary

Genuine Parts Company, owner of NAPA Auto Parts Stores, seeks a Heavy-Duty Counter Parts Professional. You will help customers with heavy-duty parts questions and needs, share knowledge on features and warranties, and work in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will operate a cash register, navigate catalog systems, and support team members while maintaining a professional appearance and strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Heavy duty parts knowledge or experience required.
• ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivated to train and learn.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced retail environment.

• Is able to operate a cash register and navigate computer and paper catalog systems.
• Steers toward continuous improvement in store processes and procedures

Qualifications

• Know How -- Heavy Duty Parts Knowledge and/or Experience.
• ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification is a PLUS
• Pasion for delivering Customer Care
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Motivated to train and learn.
• Ability to thrive and have fun in a Busy, Fast-Paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of Heavy-Duty Parts Cataloging and/or Inventory Management Systems is a PLUS
