Genuine Parts Company, through its NAPA Auto Parts Stores, is seeking a Heavy-Duty Counter Parts Professional. You will help customers with heavy-duty parts questions and needs, share knowledge on features and warranties, and use our catalog systems in a busy retail setting.

Ideal candidates bring heavy-duty parts experience, strong communication, and a motivation to learn and grow within a collaborative team focused on customer care and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Heavy-Duty parts knowledge or experience required.
• ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivated to train and learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, retail setting.

Responsibilities

• We're looking for a Heavy-Duty Counter Parts Professional who...
• Gets a charge out of helping customers with their heavy-duty parts questions, and parts needs.
• Is driven to share knowledge about heavy duty part features, benefits, and warranty info.
• Can shift into high gear in our fast-paced retail stores.
• Will jump into helping team members.
• Is able to operate a cash register and navigate computer and paper catalog systems.
• Steers toward continuous improvement in store processes and procedures
• Strives to be winners in professional appearance, attitude, and performance.

Qualifications

• Know How -- Heavy Duty Parts Knowledge and/or Experience.
• ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification is a PLUS
• Pasion for delivering Customer Care
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Motivated to train and learn.
• Ability to thrive and have fun in a Busy, Fast-Paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of Heavy-Duty Parts Cataloging and/or Inventory Management Systems is a PLUS
